How to Choose Your Material
For food, pharma, or general industrial use
SS 302 / 304 is the most common grade in India for fabricated parts. Excellent balance of corrosion resistance, weldability, and cost.
For chemical, marine, or harsh environments
Molybdenum content makes it significantly more resistant to chloride corrosion. Specify this when your application involves acids, saltwater, or chemical exposure.
For lightweight structural parts
When weight matters conveyors, enclosures, automotive, offers the best strength-to-weight ratio in our aluminium range.
For complex formed shapes
AL 5052 has the best formability in our aluminium range. Preferred for parts with tight bends and compound curves.

Common Questions About Our Services
Do I need to supply my own material?
No. We stock Stainless Steel and Aluminium in-house. Your order includes material. If you have specific material requirements (custom grade, certified material with test reports), contact us before ordering.
We can achieve acute angles (below 90°) using appropriate tooling. Specify the required angle on your drawing. Minimum achievable angle depends on material type and thickness.
Can I supply my own material for bending only?
Yes. If you have already cut your material elsewhere, we accept job work for bending only. Material must be delivered to our Vadodara facility. The 48-hour service clock starts from receipt.
Do you provide material test certificates?
Material test certificates (MTCs) are available on request for specific orders. Please specify this requirement at the time of ordering.
Do you stock mild steel or carbon steel?
Currently our primary stocked materials are Stainless Steel and Aluminium. Mild Steel is available on inquiry. Contact sales@247cutbend.in for availability.
