Thin sheet metal to heavy plates processed in a single facility.
Precision components to massive full industrial assemblies.
Compact parts to capital-equipment scale housings (102 cu.m.).
Preferred for 3D parts
2D flat patterns, most common
AutoCAD native format
2D drawings,
dimensioned prints
Hand sketches, reference images (we advise on conversion)

Minimum hole diameter should be equal to the material thickness. Smaller holes risk deformation due to heat. Spacing between holes should be at least 1 material thickness.
Sharp internal corners will have a small radius equal to the laser beam width (~0.2 mm). Design with this in mind for tight-fit assemblies.
Minimum feature width: 2 material thickness. Thin bridges between cutouts can warp during cutting, especially in thicker materials.
Minimum font size for cut-through text: 8pt for most materials. For engraved text (non-cut), contact us for options.
If your part also requires bending, design the flat pattern with correct bend allowances. When you upload a STEP file, our team extracts the flat pattern as part of the quoting review. For DXF, ensure your flat pattern is correct before upload.
Our fiber lasers hold tolerances of 0.1 mm to 0.2 mm depending on material type and thickness. Repeatability across a batch is 0.05 mm.
Up to 20 mm for Stainless Steel and 12 mm for Aluminium. For thicker sections, contact us to discuss feasibility.
Yes. Deburring is available as an add-on service. Specify this requirement when uploading your drawing.
Yes. Our nesting software optimises layouts for small parts. Minimum feature size depends on material thickness, contact us with your drawing for a specific assessment.
Currently our primary materials are Stainless Steel and Aluminium. Mild Steel is available on inquiry. Contact our team for availability.
